Campbell-Rey is a creative consultancy and design partnership founded by Duncan Campbell and Charlotte Rey.
Working fluently across the fields of creative direction, branding, curation and design, Campbell-Rey’s practice is united by a grounding in culture, a sense of irreverence and a playful, elegant aesthetic.
Together they have undertaken commissions for some of the worlds most innovative and desirable brands.
Founded in 1884, Bulgari is one of the oldest Italian jewellery houses, synonymous with the glamour of La Dolce Vita and the allure of cinema’s golden age. The brand’s bold, architectural fine jewellery designs demonstrate a mastery of coloured stones, often referencing ancient Greek and Roman motifs as well as Art Deco themes. Since the mid-1990s, Bulgari has expanded its offering to include accessories, fragrances and eyewear, and was acquired by LVMH in 2011. Campbell-Rey continues to work with Bulgari across a range of projects including art direction, design and branding.
Bulgari launched the Epicurea Food festival in 2013. Based at the Bulgari Hotel in Milan, the festival runs each year and features guest residencies with some of the world’s most renowned chefs including René Redzepi, Inaki Oizpitarte and Magnus Nilsson.
We created the logotype for the festival, and continue to work on the editorial design of the accompanying publication that is released each year to coincide with the event.
